We’ve teamed up with barre3 to give you an opportunity to try out B3 Flow by barre3 — a dynamic, breath-driven movement experience designed to mobilize the spine, engage the core, and target muscles around the joints that support a healthy range of motion.
Please bring a mat. Other equipment will be provided. In the event of rain, we will move our event into the studio.

What To Expect
No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
What To Bring
Bring a mat & water bottle to keep you hydrated.
When to Arrive
We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
A 5 minute walk from the Morgan Green/Pink Line stop. There's paid street parking (but, it's limited). CTA Buses: #8, #9, #20. Divvy: Aberdeen St & Randolph
